শিক্ষাই পারে একটা জাতি বা সভ্যতার বিকাশ ঘটাতে, তাদের অস্তিত্ব কে রক্ষা করে ,উন্নতির পথে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে। আর এসবের কারিগর হলো একজন শিক্ষক। শিক্ষক বহু বছর ধরে বিভিন্ন ভাবে শিক্ষা দান করে চলেছেন। বাস্তবে দেখা যায়, ভবিষ্যৎ গঠন করার পিছনে একজন প্রিয় শিক্ষক , একজন  প্রিয় গুরু , একজন প্রিয় গাইড, একজন প্রিয় লিডারের ভূমিকা অস্বীকার করা যায় না।  সাফল্যের পিছনে সব সময় অনুপ্রেরণা পেতে থাকে সেই মহান ব্যাক্তিত্বের কাজ থেকে। আর সে জন্যেই শিক্ষক মনের মনি কোঠায় একটা স্থায়ী জায়গা দখল করে নিয়ে সর্বদা বিরাজ মান থাকেন।  

শিক্ষকই পারে একজন ভালো শিক্ষাথী হতে। একজন শিক্ষকের প্রাথমিক কাজ হলো শিক্ষার মাধ্যমে নিজেকে সর্বদা  আধুনিক থেকে অত্যাধুনিক করে তোলা। অত্যাধুনিক জ্ঞান ,  বিচারবুদ্ধি, প্রযুক্তিবিদ্যায় দক্ষতা এবং পসিটিভ মনোভাব নিয়ে পঠন পাঠন এ নিজেকে নিয়োযিত করা।

প্রতিনয়ত গবেষণার চলছে  " Professional Development on Teachers " এর উপর।  যে ভাবে সভ্যতা এগিয়ে  চলেছে , যে ভাবে শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে বা ক্লাসরুম টিচিং এ পরিবর্তন করার চিন্তা ভাবনা চলছে, তাতে করে আমাদের সময়ের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে নিজেদের কে পরিবর্তন করতে হবে।  অস্তিতের জন্যে সংগ্রাম করতে হবে।  

আমাদের মধ্যে অসীম শক্তি আছে,  আমরা নিজেকে আধুনিক থেকে অত্যাধুনিক করে নিতে পারবো।
