 Google Forms Hands-on on Laptop as well as Mobile 

 

গুগল ফর্ম আমাদের কি কাজে লাগবে তা আমরা বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেছি আমাদের গুগল ফর্ম পেজে।

গুগল ফর্ম বানানোর আগে আর একবার এর গুরুত্ব বুঝে নেওয়ার জন্যে এখানে ক্লিক করুন। 👆👆

গুগল ফর্ম বানানোর পদ্ধতি :

এখানে ল্যাপটপ ও মোবাইল এর উইন্ডো দিয়ে আপনাদের কে বোঝানোর চেষ্টা করেছি।

১. মোবাইলে এ গুগল ক্রোম ওপেন করুন্ -> উপরের ডান দিকে ৩টা ডট এ ক্লিক করুন -> ডেস্কটপ সাইট এ মার্ক করুন

তাহলে ডেস্কটপ ভিউ দেখতে পাবেন

Open Google Chrome on mobile -> Click on the 3 dot at the top right -> Mark on the desktop site Then you will see the desktop view

২. Google.com ওপেন করুন-> গুগল মেইল আই ডি দিয়ে Sign In করুন

-> মোবাইল এ ৯ ডট ক্লিক করুন

2. Open Google.com-> Sign In with Google Mail ID

-> Click 9 dot on mobile

3. Drive এ ক্লিক করুন -> + new তে ক্লিক করুন -> Google Forms-> Black form ক্লিক করুন।

3. Click on Drive -> click on + new -> Google Forms-> Black form. Click Google Form on mobile

4. গুগল ফর্ম ওপেন হয়ে যাবে -> টাইটেল পরিবর্তন করুন

4. Google Forms will open -> change the title

5. প্রশ্ন লিখতে শুরু করুন

5. Start writing questions

6. প্রশ্নের উত্তর কি ধরণের হবে পরিবর্তন করে নিন।

নুতন প্রশ্ন অ্যাড করুন।

6. Change what kind of answer the question will be. Add new questions.

৭. MCQ উত্তর পর পর এন্টার মেরে অ্যাড করে যান।

7. . After MCQ answer, press Enter and go.

8. কোনো প্রশ্ন বাধ্যতামূলক হলে Required এ ক্লিক করুন।

8. If any question is mandatory, click on Required.

৯. একাধিক উত্তর ঠিক হলে checkboxes option বেছে নিন।

9. If more than one answer is correct, select the checkboxes option.

১০. ফর্ম কে সুন্দর করার জন্যে ছবি ও রং পরিবর্তন করুন

10. Change the image and color to make the form more beautiful

১১. ছবি কম্পিউটার ও মোবাইল থেকে আপলোড করে নিন।

11. Upload pictures from computer and mobile.

১২. settings এ গিয়ে আপনার প্রয়োজন মতো চেঞ্জ করে নিন।

12. Go to settings and change it as you need.

১৩. Save করে দিন

১৪. Send এ ক্লিক করুন

14. Click on Send

১৫. লিংক এ ক্লিক করে -> লিংক ছোটো করে -> copy করে নিন

15. Click on the link -> Shorten the link -> Copy

১৬. Preview এ ক্লিক করে দেখে নিন।

16. Take a look by clicking on Preview.

১৭. কয়েক জন এক সঙ্গে ফর্ম তৈরী করতে পারেন। তার জন্যে ৩ ডট এ গিয়ে Add Collaborative এ ক্লিক -> বন্ধুর মেইল অ্যাড করে দিন।

17. Few people can create forms together. For that go to 3 dot and click on Add Collaborative -> Add a friend's mail.

১৮.লিংক টা কপি করে হোয়াটসআপ এ সেন্ড করে দিন।

18. Copy the link and send it to WhatsApp.
