    Open Blank form : 

  Create Questions with basic informations: 

Create MCQ Questions: 

Click on Settings->  Click on Presentation ->  Mark Shuffle question order-> Save

Click on Quizzes-> 

Enable Make this a quiz->  then change the Quiz options what ever you want

Save 

Change the points values -> Select the correct answers.

Click "3 dot"on right top corner -> Click Add -ons -> 

Write name of the apps -> search->select the apps below

Install the app

Click on CONTINUE

Sign in with Google Account: 

Click on Allow

If you want to Uninstal the app then click on "Uninstall"

Click on Add-ons Icon

Go to your app 

Click on " Settings and Info" 

Change "Start date and Time "

Change Time

You can add also the " Maximum Number to Accept"

Enter "Stop Date and Time"

Click on "Save and Implement"

Click on " Send" -> then Click on Link-> Copy the Link-> Share Students

In the app setting you can also change the " Other Settings"

You can type a Message
